TRIBUTE TO SARAH KAY / Ft. SPRING LOVES VINTAGE!

Fashion icon goes back to distant childhoods filled with stickers and letter papers, strawberryperfumes and chocolate ice cream spots all over the clothes, which had been so neatly ironed.Flowers, flowers and more flowers distributed consistently and keeping the range of color, whether pink, light blue or green water, playing tag with the faded jeans at the knees especially wich often narrated fairy tales and scary stories ...
Pockets full of slips of candy to give a pleasant musicalization to the memories of blameless fierce hungry and gum in her hair.
Sarah kay is like that friend from childhood that his name and his bow in her hair have been
printed somewhere on the spine and produce a strange feeling every time I can remember ... almost impossible to share that we do not know if they are real or just a product of our imagination.

ALPARGATAS...WHY NOT?

Friends of the comfort ... enemies of the bad weather ... rubber or rope base do they become very slippery and extremely rigid in contact with wet surfaces, respectively ... this does not mean that they are anthem and proud of Argentinien culture and seemed to spread quickly after that Tom's (U.S. company) launched to market its products one for one ... for every pair you buy will give a pair of alpargatas to children who need them more than yourself ...

As a gaucho with pink alpargatas would of said our ancestors that never imagined that today are seen in all colors and materials that leave traditionalists and conservatives terrified dazzle more minimally creative minds

You can find them on any street in Brooklyn (New York, USA), seem that hipsters adopted them as basic uniform matching them with recyclable canvas bags and make a child happy ... what more could you want!

Unique designs can be found in any cutting edge store of Palermo Soho (Buenos Aires, Argentina) that make this populr shoe an item completely foolproof and incredibly versatile use ...Paez is one of the brands that bet on the evolution of the alpargatas with reinforced toe and a friendly insole that make the hard asphalt of the city to become a soft cloud on every step ... in this way also alpargatas will soon reach to have their national holiday if they do not yet, because the dance of the alpargata already exists and even the espadrille-flavored pizza!

FEMINIST ASIDE NATURAL DYES ON TOP

... "And from the rib of man created woman" ... someone said, and Aldegani went around saying ... "I do not share that."

Knowing what was once a dying art from everyday clothing to use as protection against insects and why notcreating a rustic painting on the rock wall of the cave with the same technique.

Today as a gem lost in a sea of industrialization there is an inspiring woman ... on the sky the stars des Niko and on the field ... thousands of colors ... and so she gathers to pick them up and with a simple process and lots patient dyed wool fabrics and everything for the pots to full boil whatever cross its way.

This is how making sustainability an essential role in creating the magical color varies ...

all of it Mother Nature's gift of the season ... minerals are also involved in this game ... "if you mix onion peel with oxide gives a green dry" ... Maria Ines Papy says an expert in this field while among other words describes how harmonious their detailed catalog of tones that was theproduct of many years of painstaking research ... more than 20 years learning from plants and adapting to what nature provides without breaking the organic balance ... the sacred alchemy of the unknown, seductive pleasure we find in this case in Mina Clavero, (Province of Cordoba, Argentina). Wool and natural silk blend in perfect union with common dyes resulting in earnest feeling ... seriously?? Yes you can do it at home and if you have more questions Maria Ines made sure to write a book with clear and detailed instructions ... do not have a mountain or near field? enough to put buts and visit your friendly grocery store or the community garden on the corner and you will get more than you need so just let your imagination flows.

MARC STONE / romance between functionality and design

Where technology meets art and intelligent design.

Poetry feeds the public tangible delights male and female audience with such beauty and subtlety.

We can only highlight in these words the admiration to a hard-working man of the fashion industry ... but the man with all the capital letters, with his mischievous smile and eyes that speak, Marc Stone transmits pure energy. He is the Zurich sun, which is very proud to have him as a resident, but divides his time between France and Italy and all countries in acquiring materials or where it produces some of its parts, that strives for perfection, this is how it pursues large leather craftsmen to make his art works the most similar in softness even leather, cotton or wool.

Each garment has a role to caress the body of the man giving him the sense of freedom with noble materials.

The tone of all seasons are kept within the gray but always surprises with an exquisite range of new colors that would take you out of orbit and all previous work finally runs research inspired by great artists like in his latest collection.

Seven years back started what today is a young company honored by many, but managed with heart and passion.

He is the best example to say that you can gradually step by step you can get all done ... and all this without mentioning that he still maintains its full-time office job to subsidize their high-end collections ... yet another example that if you really want something ... you can do it.

1one + 1one = 87eightseven salon

In Sapporo (Japan) they got into a shooting star passing by and ended up on Hope Street. with just three words of English in their vocabulary, including OK, please and thank you, they conquered in the blink of an eye the fashion industry.

They are not fashion designers, but they bring from behind the scenes of a solid and neat concept around the style. Hiro, the first samurai with scissors I've ever met in my life and Mari's first fairy godmother with brushes that crossed my eyes ... each of the members of 87eightseven separately and together make the beauty show off.

Declared husband and wife dynamic duo Watase jumped into an empty pool, like i would say, and every day with an ant work they started to build the salon they have dreamed a year ago when they came to the United States.

Importantly for the explorers of new cultures ... they always have something of Japan as an appetizer in their fridge.

For its first anniversary coming soon and all its achievements, such as an example for more than one ... cheers!

HUMA HUA + ZOCCA / a hole for unswed ...

Fighting against all odds trying to revalue the hand work and Andean aesthetics, tailoring each piece from scratch with natural fibers and craftsmen details.
Nico Zarate takes the reigns of these two brands in Jujuy leaving behind a career as an attorney and taking charge of the development of this new "perfect blend", as described by Ceci Zoccola, which brings under one arm, a lucrative career as clothing designer and many good stories. source of great inspiration for the studio located in the heart of San Salvador de Jujuy, every time da beat stronger because of these totally aware of reality, but unaware of a promising future as authentic ambassadors of northern Argentina.
As a great goal in a year want to be on the European fashion circuit. Nappy time intoxicated with a spirit, do not let their days of very intensive work of this kind do provincial nothing more and nothing less than a good excuse for recharging batteries for days off and not taken. dreams are dreams together but they are becoming a reality.
